Announcement of the General Administration of Customs No. 169 of 2018 (Announcement on the comprehensive promotion of the printing reform of the Customs-Specific Payments Letter)

In order to optimize the business environment at the port and further reduce the cost of customs clearance for enterprises, the General Administration of Customs has decided to fully promote the printing reform of the Customs-specific Contributions book from November 19, 2018. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Import and export enterprises and units, after paying taxes by means of customs electronic payment, can use the "Internet + Customs" integrated online service platform (http://online.customs.gov.cn) or international trade "single window" "Standard Edition (https://www.singlewindow.cn) downloads the electronic "Customs-Specific Payments"; or applies to the Customs on-site printing paper "Customs-Specific Payments".

2. The accounting use and filing requirements for the electronic "Customs-Specific Payments" shall be implemented in accordance with the requirements of the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the Archives Bureau No. 100 of 2018. Import and export enterprises and units have problems in use, and can be fed back through the 12360 customs hotline.
